What each number means

SitsMeetings that happened with a qualified prospect. Where you have a monthly target, this shows delivered vs target.

Sit rateSat divided by (Sat plus No Show plus Declined). A booked meeting counts as a miss until it actually sits, so a cancellation counts against the rate until that prospect is rebooked and sits, at which point it becomes a sit.

UpcomingAppointments booked and still to happen, including any rescheduled to a new date.

Appointment AUM ValueAn approximate total of the investable assets across your sat prospects, read from the call notes.

After each meeting: record the outcome

You'll get a short email for each appointment. When the meeting has happened, the adviser taps the outcome. A few need one quick follow-up: Out of criteria needs a short reason, Rescheduled needs the new date, and Declined / cancelled asks whether it's a possible rebook or a definite no. Recording promptly and fully is what keeps your figures and billing accurate.

Out of criteriaHappened but the prospect didn't fit your criteria. Shown with the reason, and never billed or counted as a sat, so your figures stay honest.

No ShowDidn't attend, no warning. Counts against your sit rate.

Declined (possible rebook)Pulled out ahead of time but might rebook, a soft no. Never billed. Counts as a miss against sit rate until the prospect is rebooked and sits.

Declined (definite no)Pulled out for good, a hard no. Never billed, and counts as a miss against sit rate.

RescheduledMoved to a new date. Appears under Upcoming with that date.
